Before I started GCSE photography, I pretty much took architecture for granted. I didn't appreciate it. In Leicester most of the architecture is fairly boring; its rare to see buildings that are colourful so I usually tend to be inattentive towards the architecture. A lot of the buildings are quite old so they tend be broken in some aspects, for example this is the side of an old building.
Leicester does have many buildings that I do find eye catching and interesting. Personally I like the Highcross and John Lewis Buildings. They're glass buildings with patterns, they look different to many of the other buildings in Leicester.
